How To Get The Most (For Your Clients) Out Of Family Counselling, Mediation And Arbitration

I will be presenting at a free CLE session organized by Judge Harman at the Parramatta Federal Circuit Court next Wednesday evening 25 January 2017.  The theme of the session is getting the most (for your clients) out of family counselling, mediation and arbitration.

Presenters are:

  • Lucia Vitali on Family Counselling – what is it, what it can achieve and why it is good for clients

  • Wayne Nugent on Family Relationship Centre mediation – how it works, what’s involved, and why and when to use it in preference to other services

  • Matthew Shepherd on private mediation and the Family Law Settlement Service

  • Patrick Parkinson on arbitration, what it is, and when and how to best use it

All practitioners are welcome, but places are limited and registration is necessary.  There is no charge.  The evening starts at 4pm and finishes at 7pm.
