Binding family law property arbitration

Evaluative options when negotiations, mediation and collaboration  not appropriate

In addition to being a mediator,  I am also a family law property arbitrator.

Whilst I have a preference for parties making their own decisions through collaborative or mediation processes, arbitration has a place when mediation or collaboration are not appropriate or have proved unsuccessful.

Here is an article of mine in this month’s LSJ about the first reported case on reviews of arbitral awards. It confirms that family law arbitration has a high degree of certainty, as well as privacy and efficiency.

My website explains the arbitration process including fees.
